Young Professionals

As a fast-growing professional services firm, we are looking for young professionals with relevant sector and / or financial experience who are prepared to help developing our business with academic excellence, enthusiasm and passion, permanent quest for innovation as well as absolute client commitment.


In our three Advisory segments, you will be part of a team which provides integrated corporate finance solutions to institutional market participants in the European real estate sector. You will have the opportunity to be involved in and contribute to providing M&A advice and execution, including disposals, acquisitions, spin-offs, takeovers, exchange offers, takeover defence and formation of joint ventures. Furthermore, you will be able to support equity and debt capital raising activities such as IPOs, rights issues, equity linked issues, bond issues and LBO financings. Moreover, you will support in conceptualizing, structuring and fundraising of institutional real estate products.

Our application process does not include any cumbersome online applications and multi-stage online tests. A complete CV as well as a cover letter indicating position, motivation, and – for interns – desired period is sufficient. You can send your application to the email address above.

We invite the most interesting candidates for personal interviews with some of our Partners and Principals. Typically, you will have the chance to meet our team members in two to three interviews. For full time positions, candidates will have the opportunity in a minimum of two rounds to meet all Partners and Principals.

In general, every candidate will receive detailed feedback and a potential offer within a few weeks.
